- The product must be shipped back within 48 hours from delivery

Clear photos are required for any return, exchange, or damage claim.
- Photos must be taken immediately after receiving the package
- Product and packaging should be clearly visible after opening
- Any damage or defect must be clearly shown
- Images should be clear, well-lit, and unedited
Important: Requests cannot be processed without clear photo evidence.

- Wrong product delivered
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
❌ Non-Returnable Situations
- Product has been used
- Request made after 48 hours
- No photo evidence provided
- Damage due to improper handling
💳 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after approval
If an exchange is approved, the replacement item will be shipped after product verification.
